All reproductions of the training course must include the following:
For non-profit organizations and educational institutions, the licensing fee for reproduction of the training course is waived.
Commercial institutions and consultants may reproduce the complete training course, including the copyright information listed in condition (2), for a licensing fee of $.25 per page for each copy, with a minimum charge of $50 (the equivalent of approximately 10 copies).
The $.25 per page licensing fee and $50 minimum for commercial use also apply to reproduction of portions of the training course, and the copyright information listed in condition (2) must also be included.
Commercial institutions and consultants may reproduce the training course on another server for a flat fee of $100 PER YEAR, and must include a link to NetAction's version of the training course. The $100 per year fee includes the right to reproduce any updates to the training course during the year.
